The data is uploaded to our FTP site which is loaded to our database by a monthly job(TarrantCountyStreetsLoad.py script) to the TC911 layer, the TC911_CLIPPED layer has the City of Fortworth streets excluded from it, this clipped layer now acts as the datasource for the TRN_STREETS_TARRANT_CO layer.
