Effective October 1, 2026, grantees of the Community Development Block Grant are required to \"maintains, on a publicly accessible website, a searchable database that identifies all parcels of undeveloped land owned by the grantee.\" City-owned parcels with a C1 or C2 code that are not classified in the table are displayed on the application to satisfy this requirement.",
