ADM_SCHOOLS, SRV_CHILD_CARE_FACILITIES, SRV_COMMUNITY_CENTERS, and SRV_LIBRARIES are overlaid onto CAD_PARCELS_VIEW and the parcel geometry is used for tracking these locations. LND_EXIST_PARK_BOUNDARIES is used as is. LND_EXISTING_LANDUSE_2024 is filtered to separate private parks and HOA/Recreation. CIVIC_ACCELA_PERMITS is filtered for commercial swimming pool permits and overlaid onto the HOA/Recreation records to approximate HOA clubhouse/pool locations.
