This feature class is maintained by Development Services and includes information which supports development planning, such as address range and street classification. As new subdivisions are platted, street segments are added by Development Services as a precursor to address assignment. Both public and private streets are included in this data, which is noted in the field PRIVATE.<\/SPAN><\/P>
