Both public and private streets are included in this data, which is noted in the field PRIVATE.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Note: </SPAN><SPAN>Speed limits in the SPEED_LIMIT field are procedurally generated based on the CLASS field and may not reflect the posted speed limit.
